Born in Athens in 1973, she holds a degree in French Language and Literature from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as a master's degree in Linguistics of the Southeastern Mediterranean and a PhD in Arabic Dialectology, both from the Department of Mediterranean Studies at the University of the Aegean. She is also a graduate of the Archi Higher School of Dramatic Art and has attended numerous dance and theatre classes and workshops in Greece and abroad. In 2004 she founded Akropoditi Dance Theatre in Ermoupoli, Syros, and has since directed and choreographed the company's productions. In January 2013 she founded the Akropoditi Dance and Performing Arts Centre, which she co-directs and co-manages with Ariadni Psychogiopoulou. She is a member of the artistic and management committee of the Akropoditi Dancefest International Dance and Performing Arts Festival. She has published three poetry collections and translates literary works and poetry from French and Arabic. She has lived on Syros since 2003.

Born in Patras in 1985, she studied psychology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed postgraduate studies in Mental Health Law and Human Rights at ILS (Indian Law Society's Law College) in India. For more than fifteen years she has worked on the rights and autonomy of people in the field of mental health. She has been actively involved in the Observatory for Rights in Mental Health and in a support network for people who choose to come off psychiatric medication. In 2012 she graduated from the State School of Dance in Athens and went on to teach classical and contemporary dance at schools in Halkidiki. She has also worked as a companion at camps for children and for people with disabilities, at a medical-pedagogical centre and in creative programmes for autistic children. Since 2013 she has been a member of Akropoditi Dance Theatre, performing as a dancer and performer in most of the company's productions. In 2019 she coordinated Madness: Living In-Between, a project exploring the relationship between the body and mental health, presented on Syros and Naxos. She also choreographed part of the performance Once Upon a Port… and has collaborated with choreographer Anmar Taha and the company Iraqi Bodies. She teaches at the Akropoditi Dance and Performing Arts Centre, where since 2025 she has also led its inclusive movement workshop, and she co-directs and co-manages the Centre with Angeliki Sigourou. She is a member of the artistic and management committee of the Akropoditi Dancefest International Dance and Performing Arts Festival. She has lived on Syros since 2013.

Born in Athens, in 1985. She graduated from the Greek State School of Dance in 2012. She is studying at the Department of Product and Systems Design Engineering at the University of the Aegean in Syros. As a dancer – performer she collaborated with: Akropoditi Dancetheatre, Octana Dancetheatre/ Konstantinos Rigos and Iraqi Bodies. In June 2017 she participated in “Day out of Time” project initiated by Vitoria Kotsalou at the Athens & Epidaurus Festival. As an assistant choreographer she collaborated with Christos Papadopoulos for his production “Ion”. In autumn 2016 she collaborated with SQx Dance Company and she taught contemporary dance at Canadian schools. In 2017 she co-choreographed with Natasha Sarantopoulou their first production “Walk Lola Walk”. She lives in Athens where she teaches contemporary and classical dance. She is a member of the artistic board for the administration and the management of the International Dance & Performing Arts Festival “Akropoditi DanceFest”.

Born in Karditsa in 1982. He holds a degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering. Ηis current research, as a PhD Candidate at the University of the Aegean, Products & Systems Design Engineering, is focusing on Interactive Dance Performances. His postgraduate studies include the fields of Interactive Media, Lighting Design and Digital Arts. Since 2005, he has studied contemporary dance in studios in Athens and London. He has also participated in workshops and seminars on acting. In 2014 he started training on aerial acrobatics. He has participated in performances as an actor, dancer, and acrobat. Since 2019 he is teaching aerial acrobatics in various studios in Athens. In May 2019, he presented his first choreography on aerial rope, Working Class, for the 1st Summer Circus Cabaret, Roes Theater, Athens. He has presented video and installations in festivals in Greece and abroad. He has been awarded for the co-creation of the video dance project Please Don’t Tell at the Faggio Doc Festival 2020. As a lighting designer, he has designed and curated the lighting for theater, dance performances and art installations for the National Theater, M. Cacoyannis Foundation etc. He is a member of the Apparatus group of artists. Since 2021, he is based in Syros.

Born in Hermoupolis, in 1978. She graduated from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). She has been attending dance courses and seminars since 2004. She is a founding member of the Akropoditi Dancetheatre. As a dancer-performer, she has participated in most of the productions of Akropoditi Dancetheatre since its beginning until today. She lives in Syros where she works as an office clerk at HEDNO S.A. She is also the financial administrator of Akropoditi Dance & Performing Arts Centre, of Akropoditi Dancetheatre and of the International Dance & Performing Arts Festival “Akropoditi DanceFest”.
