Contemporary Dance workshop for teenagers

Observing in motion
In these two meetings we will focus in observing the self and others while in motion.
Using exercises of structured improvisation, we will try to deepen and lighten the observation over the sensory information given from the presence and motion of our bodies in space. We will move together and alone, in low and high speeds, and we will reflect upon these experiences aiming a more conscious and pleasant connection with the body, the space and others.

For teenage participants (13-16 years old), with or without previous experience to dance
