* The total cost of the selected workshops is automatically calculated and displayed during the application process
The discount rate applies to 2-day workshops and above. For the masterclasses, a discount applies with the selection of 3 and above.

The participation process is completed by transferring a deposit to a bank account that will be sent to you by e-mail. The remaining amount is paid to the same bank account by June 10, 2026
Early Bird: The full amount is due by April 20th, 2026

The selection of the free workshop (if any) should be stated in advance in the application form.
It is not possible to change the selection of workshops after the Festival opening.
Drop-in during the Festival is not allowed.
The fee of a workshop is paid in full and part of it cannot be paid.

Please be advised that in case of cancellation by 10/06/26, you will be refunded half of the deposit, but in case of cancellation after 10/06/26 you will not be refunded.
