The journey of lost things: a children’s workshop on loss<\/strong><\/p>\n

What do I lose? What have I lost? What will I lose? How do I find it? What does it mean to be alone? What does it mean not to be alone?<\/em><\/p>\n

These are some of the questions we explore in this workshop.<\/p>\n

Using movement and associative thinking as a tool, we invite children to explore together the notion of loss (of things, loved ones and time), through playfullnes and creativity.<\/p>\n

We invite you to play, to dance, get inspired and to inspire (us). The workshop takes place in the context of the creation of a childrens\u2019 dance performance, co-created by Ismeni Slijper, Aggeliki Sakellariou and Myrsini Tzavara<\/a>, and serves as a source of inspiration for the creation of the performance that will be presented in schools, cultural centres and festivals during the year of 2024.<\/p>\n

Working closely with our target group (children aged 8-12), we hope to gain a fuller understanding of the complex concept of loss through the perspective of a child.<\/p>\n
